Hand dripped in batches of 125 per fragrance, these exclusive candles are crafted with carefully selected essences and essential oils that make them all the more exquisite and rare. Prune les Fleurs asked us to come up with the identity and packaging for this brand new line of scented candles.

Typography that opens up a world of possibilities

The solution for illustrating each scent is deceptively simple: for each candle, create a typographic design that captures the character of the fragrance. The limitless flexibility of the typography means that the collection, which had eight candles at launch, can evolve in any direction.

A visual representation of scent

To move away from conventional product presentation, an oversized catalogue is used to emphasize the graphic aspect of the packaging. A series of posters based on the same approach provides reinforcement. The goal is to create a sensory and visual connection between consumers and the various scents. Even before smelling the candle, they will have a feeling for the product and be drawn to associate the scent with the design.
