Les Francouvertes celebrate three decades as a flagship event dedicated to emerging francophone music in Quebec. For 30 years, this iconic competition has helped bring new voices to the forefront and shape the evolution of French-language song. To mark this anniversary, Polygraphe, in collaboration with Gymnase, carried out a complete redesign of the event's website.
A living cultural platform, the new site offers a wide range of new features. Beyond the dynamic programming, which expands as the festival unfolds, it now includes archives, access to previous editions, an evolving leaderboard, and a news module — all within a modern visual presentation that puts artists front and centre.
The site also adapts to the current period and target audience — calls for submissions, registrations, event proceedings — by offering appropriate content at each stage. Previously highly complex, the architecture has been rethought to simplify the experience: pages have been consolidated and the path between user and content has been shortened.
